- How do I pay for your apartments?
There are several ways of making payments:
- To pay cash when you arrive.
- Use Visa or MasterCard.
- Via international system of urgent money transfer Western Union.
- PayPal
- How quickly my apartment will be reserved?
If you telephone us the apartment will be reserved at once. Having filled in the form in the section “Reservation” you will be able to receive confirmation of your reservation in 24 hours or you will be offered the other apartment variant.
- Does the price depend on the number of people staying in of this is the price for entire apartment?
This is the price for the entire apartment, but you should let us how many people are going to stay in the apartment to help you to make the right choice of the apartment.
- How many people can stay in one apartment?
It depends on the apartments’ type, from 2 to 6 persons.
- Is there a telephone, cable television and Internet access in your apartments?
In all of our apartments we have cable TV and telephone. In all apartments where there is a telephone you can use Internet with the help of modem.
- Are your apartments located in the safe places?
Yes, all our apartments are located in safe places as it’s the very center of Kharkov where there are many people and light 24 hours a day.
- What additional services I receive for free when I rent your apartment?
You will get towels, soup, toilette paper, bed linen, cleaning of your apartment once a week and changing of bed linen.
- Is there a lift in the buildings?
Yes, but not in all the buildings. Most of the apartments are located not in the high storied buildings where usually lift is not required but if it is necessary for you so you must certainly mention it to our staff.
- Do you arrange additional services such as: transfer from the airport / train station / bus station, interpreter, food delivery, gift delivery, excursion around city and other services?
Yes, we arrange all these services and many others. We have professional drivers, interpreters, guides and other professional staff. The quality is high and prices are reasonable.
- Are you servicing the breakfast, launch and dinner?
Yes, we service it on your request. And there is a kitchen in all our apartments where you can cook yourself. Besides, all our apartments are located in the very center of Kharkov, where you can choose any restaurant, cafe or bar up to your taste and preferences.
- Can I make international calls from the apartment?
You can call to all local numbers for free, but you can’t make international calls from the apartment. You can call to any other country from Internet cafe of IP telephone, which you can find everywhere in the city. You can also use Skype from our office for free.
